Climbing the tower
The Laurenskerk tower is open to visitors on Wednesdays and Saturdays from March to October. Our passionate guide will explain the history of the Laurenstoren and showcase a variety of relevant items.

During your visit to the Lawrence church you can use this newspaper as a guide in Dutch and English. The map with numbered reference will guide you through the church.
Points of interest
The Laurenskerk contains many points of interest. Such as the biggest organ in the Netherlands, the Marcussenorgan. The Italian artist Giacomo Manzù designed the bronze doors of war and peace, with panels depicting the horrors of war and the joys of peace.
About us
Maintaining the National Monument and stage programming are the Laurenskerk foundation’s most important tasks. The foundation receives a maintenance subsidy from the government, and is included in Rotterdam municipality’s cultural plan, however it mainly depends on income from ticket sales and venue hire.
