The Laurenskerk is the largest record store in the Netherlands for 1 day
The Record Executives from the Netherlands, Belgium, France and Germany, more than 70 stands, are bringing beautiful music collections to Rotterdam. From HipHop to Dutch and from Rock to Reggae. Basically all the music between sitting quietly listening and going wild on the dance floor. The Rolling Stones, Beatles and Doors are of course certainties, but contemporary artists such as Arctic Monkeys, Ed Sheeran and Lana del Rey will also be found in the records and CD bins. More than 150,000 LPs, singles, CDs, DVDs and Blu-rays posters and music merchandise can be found in record and CD bins. You can come and count. For a low price you can buy fine LPs so that you can enjoy old-fashioned crackling again. You can find beautiful bargains for 1 euro but also “score” beautiful collector’s items. Also unique will be the presence of a huge stand with music posters. Of course there are also specialists in record players and supplies such as record brushes and record covers.
The doors of the Laurenkerk will open on Saturday, 8 February at 10:00 am and the last record will be played at 5:00 pm. Tickets at the door and in presale.

In het koor van de Laurenskerk bouwen we een pijporgel van de toekomst, dat digitaal te bespelen is: een ‘hyperorgel’. Zo wordt het orgel toegankelijker voor een brede groep musici.
