Rotterdam Rooftop days

Saturday 31 May- climb the tower:
The tour of this grande dame starts at the bottom of the hall of the historic church and ends on top of the roof of the Laurens Tower. On the way up, you climb up more than 300 steps with the guide and learn all about the history, the secrets and the impressive carillon.

Saturday 7 June – carillonneur for a day:
Who doesn’t know it, the cheerful chiming of the bells that can be heard from the Laurenstoren on the Grotekerkplein throughout the center. Have you always wanted to know who plays those bells and how that carillon actually works? This is a unique opportunity to be taught by our city carillonneur Richard de Waardt
