With a crystal singing bowl Sound Bath, you mainly focus on the sounds and vibrations that come from 432 Hz bowls, made of pure quartz crystal. We call it a “bath” because you are completely immersed in these sounds. The vibrations wash over you like waves, causing you to experience a deep state of relaxation.

The Experience
The Sound Bath starts with everyone sitting in a comfortable position. I guide you gently through breathing and gentle movements to promote mindfulness. You are invited to lie down and get comfortable, using items such as pillows and blankets. I will gradually introduce the singing bowl. The experience is unique and varies from person to person, mainly relaxing, and offers a moment to receive and connect with yourself. Of course also enjoy the very special and unique location and the atmosphere.

Practical:
The session is conducted in English. Your comfort comes first. Take with you what you need to feel really relaxed.  The yoga area is seated only and accessible to all levels. What you bring: a yoga mat and, optional for extra comfort, a blanket, pillow and an eye mask.
